Windows 10 flaw allows malicious websites

A recently discovered vulnerability in Cortana, the Windows 10 voice assistant, allows hackers to open malicious websites on a PC, even when it’s locked.

Because the PCs continue to listen for voice commands regardless of whether the device is locked or not, attackers could bypass password locks to open dangerous websites.

Microsoft has since patched the flaw, but encouraged users to disable voice commands when the computer is locked.
