    Before we outsourced our server maintenance we had issues & downtime quite often as the IT manager had a lot of other items on her plate besides doing routine maintenance on the servers. Since then we are almost never down, and morale is up too as fewer employees feel they need to stay late to makeup the work that built up during the down time. It was definitely money well spent!
